Day 14 - Nora - Kloten

Short distance, hard work.

Today's ride was only 56kms, but the last part was nature park. Sticky, muddy ground. Took us ages to get through. But finally: the moose lie has been proven wrong! We saw one of this big animals crossing our way.

Shortly after this we arrived at the Wilderness Lodge. As so many times before: we were the only guests. Information given to us: no restaurant, no food store. But: fishing gear for rent.

So, we went to the lake to hunt for our dinner. After the 5th try (in his life) Nick pulled out a nice trout (Forelle). This seemed to be the only fish in the area so we walked on a little bit. With his very first try at the new spot, Christian got a pike (Hecht) at about the same  size. Dinner bell rang!!

Putting both in a pan, waiting half an hour to cook in the oven, adding the only stuff available at the lodges counter, we had a decent fish'n'chip meal on the table. :-)

Tomorrow will be Nick's last cycle day. However, it will be a long one, again...
